Peter is a Senior Project Manager with Bright Engineering Consultants and has worked in the food industry for more than 15 years across many of Australia’s best known companies.

He has experience across raw materials intake, processing and packaging as well as services in baking, beverages, brewing and agricultural raw materials processing, and can communicate well with trades, staff and management.

Peter is an energetic engineer who collaborates well and understands business objectives to complete a project from start to finish.
